Can you get arrested from watching or uploading copyrighted videos on YouTube?

I found an account on YouTube where this person had all the episodes of Star Trek: TNG uploaded and I've been watching them because it's my favorite show. Now I've been wondering can I get arrested for watching the copyrighted materials or could the person uploading them even get arrested. I don't want to get into any trouble or be involved in criminal stuff. What if the person gets arrested and all his subscribers are arrested too, because I'm one of them!
