Who is wrong? The kid the adult or the teacher?

So lately I've been getting yelled at just abou every day by my parents. They yell at me for every little thing. One day my teacher was well teaching and I wanted her to grade something I asked if she could grade it an she made me fill out a paper saying I am wrong and also how I'm wrong. So I asked what was wrong and she made me do the form again then she told me to ask my "friends" for help. So I ask a guy and then she yells at me for that then she tells me to ask a "A+ student." so I ask a girl I she can see what's wrong and then she says I put in the wrong place so I copy it down in the right place. I ask another person what to do next and he says to turn it in. So i do. She checks It (the teacher.) and says it's wrong. So I ask around and no one knows what's wrong I keep looking at it and still have absolutly no idea what's wrong so I look at it and find that there isnt a circle around my period number. I say ohh I see what's Aron and put the circle on. Then Half a second later she asks for my agenda I give it to her and she stars writing "malachi was not paying attention and even though the directions were right In front of him he was still clue less I tried to help but he didn't listen." there were no directions nor did she help me. All this In turn made my mother furious she signed the lies and grounded me. Every day my mom finds some way to yell at me like today she came home and asked me to help so I said one sec im playing my game. She said ok then two seconds later she came in and said no help no snack no game and made me have to go to bed. Im too Mad to sleep. Also lately I seem to be losing every thing my book my shook book my pen my agenda. I just wanted to know who's wrong me the teacher or my mom also if you can tell me whAt you think of this.
