Jung is a surname, pronounced Zheng in Chinese. It doesn't really have any meaning. Pil means to ist. There doesn't seem to be a meaning for Gyo either. Like Jung, it's just a family surname. Not all Korean characters have meanings. You could find some meaning if you really wanted to by taking the whole entire character apart and translating the radicals but that would just jumble everything up. Lol. Gyo might have been first written in modern korean and then written in Hanja according to pronounciation without giving it any meaning. Chinese did that to words for like Mexico. Transliterations.
