I went from 2GB to 4GB and hardly noticed any difference. There is a lot of difference from 512MB to 2GB. But from 2 to 4, not very noticeable. After you have enough it just doesnt do much. Your 32-bit windows will only use 3.25 anyway. A 64bit os would make a lot of difference but costs more than 50 bucks.

I will go to sleep and have these dreams and the next day something will happen that had something to with my dream. For example I've had numerous plane crash dreams, the next day I will wake up and sometime through out the day there is a plane crash. That is just an example of some of the stuff that happens. So lately I've been getting yelled at just abou every day by my parents. They yell at me for every little thing. I have low blood sugar do you?

I find that if I drink something with caffeine on empty stomach it will trigger a low blood sugar episode. To avoid this, I try to have protein or eat something in the morning that is not high starchy sugar - because lots of sugar will bottom out on you. cereal - gs, gfruit, bananas, toast w/peanut er, milk, apples. Also eating slowly & drinking milk or juice instead of mowing down crackers will help - takes a little bit for the body to catch up with what your putting into it. I know it is horrible feeling, but if you have a drink with you or a banana in your bag - when you just start to feel shaky - eating then will be the best thing.

Inexpensive kitchen updates?

so i wanted to update the kitchen but did not want to replace the cabinets because they are solid wood...not particle board or press board or mdf or whatever...so i dont really want to replace them especially considering how much replacement maple costs, because i would want to put in solid wood again. so i changed all the hardware (hinges, pulls) and replaced all the appliances, upgraded the lighting, new paint, new mill work, new sink and faucet. i like the flooring and the counters.....is there anything i am missing???

Should i get a macbook air 2010?

I'm currently a high school student, but i am getting ready to go to college soon. I currently have the discontinued sony vaio fw with 4 gb, 320 gb hard drive x7200, and a 2.53 ghz intel core 2 duo processor. I do love it but its really heavy at a 6.5 lbs! No argument that these instances happen, but frankly is banning vehicles from the road the ultimate solution. Yes all of the cases that you stated would cease to exist do to the fact that there are no vehicles on the road, but what of the rest of the economy that would be hit. How would goods be transported from a manufacture to the retailer and obviously there are hundreds of other examples. The only thing that really can be done is policing of the bad and negligent drivers and hope that they grow up and that people will start to drive more responsibly.

You have to protect and provide for that child. Your child's father is still a child and looks to have no desire grow up and do the right things in life. Leave him and learn to take care of yourself. Maybe when you've learned to take care of yourself and your child, someone perfect for you will come along. Until then, do what is right for your baby.

Good question. I've noticed it too. It could be said that the circle of life is more active around that time. Maybe more people die because more people are being born. Should a raccoon be considered a serious threat to my cat?

My wife and I have noticed a raccoon who sometimes wanders through the back yard. We believe he lives in a nearby tree grove. Our cat is a very inquisitive fellow, but also very skittish and would turn heels and run at the slightest hint of danger. Since the raccoon appeared, my wife has been afraid to let the cat out. I thought that if the cat approached the raccoon, the most likely scenario would be the raccoon hissing or spitting at the cat, in which case, my cat would never approach it again. They had a sticker on the book for 71.00 it was ringing for 102.00 I told the manager that this is erroneous and that a lot of the books had similar stickers on them. Am I going to the gym enough, too little, or too much?

I'm a stay at home mom and i watch two little girls in my home during the weekday so i don't have a lot of time to get to the gym. So far this week I've gone 4 times, about an hour and a half each time. I start out on the treadmill walking at about 4 mph, at variable inclines (from 0 to maybe 2.4). I walk for about 30 minutes, then do some weight training on the machines. I do 3 reps of 10 on each machine, finishing my 3 reps before moving on to the next machine(5 second break between each rep to catch a breath). I then, depending on the time, either walk another 10 minutes or ride a stationery bike for 10 minutes, and maybe a few more machines. I used to go to the gym a LOT when i was in high school to the point of obsession: every single night, for 4 or more hours, which i don't have the time to do anymore. Lost 100 pounds in less than a year. I have quite a few pounds i'd like to lose from getting married and having two children in under 2 years. When i say quite a few, I mean 50+ pounds. I've also cut out sodas and am eating pretty healthy. Probably the worst thing i've had in a while was some peanut er i had on an apple slice. Please let me know if I'm working out enough, too little, too much. thanks!

Just because you saw one boarder at your barn riding improperly, does not mean that everyone who showjumps saws on their horse's mouth and beats them, and I thank you for saying "alot of show jumpers" rather than "all the showjumpers" :) I have never seen anyone who viciously beats their horses and saws on their mouth. Anyone who knows how to ride properly would not do that! I do not see the point in it either, and I show jump as well. At our shows, you have got maximum of 2 smacks with your crop, and if you go over that limit you get whistled out and disqualified. If you do it again in a second cl, you could be asked to leave the show grounds. I think the reason why people sometimes saw on their horse's mouths is because some horses are strong(like a stallion), and they need a stronger rider to be able to adjust their stride length, or to get their hindquarters under them in preparation for the jump. Sometimes, why people smack their horse's (not beat) is because their horse refused the jump, or the horse is misbehaving (bucking) or after the horse refused the jump, when they are coming up to it sometimes you smack and the horse will go over, but not all people do that. You are right, beating a horse should not be tolerated under any cirstances ;) hope i helped

I am going to be preparing my vegetable garden soon to compost over the winter. I have two young dogs, and last year (after we got them) they destroyed every plant. In addition to a fence they will probably be able to hop, I thought I might train them now to stay out by sprinkling chopped jalapenos (or hotter peppers!) around the perimeter and all over the beds. Do you think they would get the message? This way, it's nothing toxic (although probably uncomfortable) and they think the garden is punishing them for being in there, not me. Anybody had experience with this? I did try just cayenne last year and some sprays but it wasn't very effective. I want them out but I don't want to hurt them! Not all Korean characters have meanings. You could find some meaning if you really wanted to by taking the whole entire character apart and translating the radicals but that would just jumble everything up. Lol. Gyo might have been first written in modern korean and then written in Hanja according to pronounciation without giving it any meaning. Chinese did that to words for like Mexico. Transliterations. Im literally effected by drugs, at age 15 I started smoking marijuana then in a year I moved up to cocaine while still smoking weed and only sniffing coke did this for two years then in my last 4 months started sniffing meth.... In August of 09' I overdosed on meth, soon after I decided to get clean no more partying time for a new life and new start... it was two weeks after everything that I stared to go insane I could remember everything that has happen to me now to this point, literally viewing everything as a false reality to wanting to kill people and myself to pain attacks that ended up in the ER. Strange nightmares, compulsive thoughts, shaking, and vomiting. Unexplainable chills and craps in hands and nerves. Seeing everything in a very fast motion looking at people as if there were aliens and not know what was wrong with me. I was hospitalized for major anxiety and depression soon after in a state physic ward which was problem one of the worst things to happen to me. There I was put on Prozac, Kolonopin and Valium. I ended up sleeping for days in there from what it seemed to me it felt like two days but in everyone else’s reality it was ten. Now at home suffering residual effects from the street drugs still, I stared to have extreme homicidal ideations till this very day I suffer from them. Viewing everyone as if I want to jam a knife through their throats and kill everyone, I don’t understand this, No one has upset me to do this un humane action but yet I strive in a compulsive way of thinking this over and over in my head this has truly made me who I am today Which Is, I don’t want to go to work I don’t want to go to school I don’t want to go out I don’t want to see people all for their protection not mine. The way I think is not right nor humane its not only my homicidal ideations its everything else, Such as I will be sitting in a room full of people and not knowing who there are and I look at them weird the look strange to me not of my world I was use to I’m afraid I can not make it in this life I have problems that are different then your usual problems, I have given up on the fact I can be altered for I have been off the Prozac for months the homicidal ideations should be gone if the Prozac was the case but they seem to be still here lingering in my mind as if they don’t want me to be successful in my life. Best Texas Blues/Dirty/Gritty sounding pickups?

hello all, I have a 2009 american standard start, I run with a tubescremer, directly into my blues junior. Honestly that's an awsome tone. The blues jr is a great little amp, and I love the tube screamer (necessary for srv type tones or any blues overdrive, IMO. I have the original fender pickups in it and want to switch to something more dirty, more srv sounding, gritty, just that sound when you play a blues chord it just screams at you. Now I know people will say Fender Texas Specials, but seriously I have played them and I'm not a fan, truth b told, no fender pickups are that great. Anyone out there have some dirty sounding pickups? I've looked at lindy fralin, Buds (if uve heard of them!, and some seymour duncans, but no shop has them available to play (guitar center, etc...) so please, any help would be greatly appreciated. If you go to or google stevie snacks, he plays strickly texas blues (srv) type music, if you just listen to some of his stuff you'll know the sound I'm looking for. We know about the Russian experiment in which silver (Vulpes) foxes were selectively bred by degree of tameness, creating a very calm handleable strain of silvers. An experiment was done here in the USA in which ranched silver (Vulpes vulpes) foxes were observed to have flight distances from humans based on color - fox chromatography if you will! Turned out in a big enclosure loose together, wild type reds kept the most distance, silvers slightly less, ambers less than that, and pearls almost no flight distance at all - they practically sat on the humans' feet. When the foxes were being pelted out the adrenal glands were weighed and the total body weight was recorded. Those with the longest flight distance had the heaviest adrenal glands relative to body weight, where those with shorter flight distances had shorter ones. The least reactive foxes had the smallest adrenal glands relative to body weight. Arctic foxes (Alopex lagopus) are much calmer to start with, even when wild caught. There is a photo of an adult blue fox sitting on an experimenter's lap just a couple of months after capture. Domesticating the blue fox would probably take much less time than domesticating the red fox. How feasible would it be to selectively breed a strain of domestic foxes that are by nature calm and easy to handle in a pet type situation?

I've really broken his heart and I have no idea what to do. I'll explain what happened. I had been going out with this guy for a few weeks and I really enjoyed his company. My husband is active duty Marine and is looking at getting stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I am looking at going with him but I have questions about the SOFA status and finding a job overseas. Restricting Guest Account options?

I'm trying to figure out how to remove the start menu (aka explorer) from the Guest account so they dont have access to anything, I've already made a few batch files on the desktop to shutoff, restart, and logoff. I put on the desktop only useful things like a shortcut to a shared file that they can work on and 1 program: Word. IE is also on there but has been limited in use as well. The reason I'm doing this is for maximum productivity, see if you cant do anything but access that 1 file... then thats all you can do, to me i think thats a good theory, plus they can't f*** up my computer by getting to anything, ive been searching the registry for the explorer settings and have already tried turning it off using msconfig but it affects both accounts which I dont want, anyone have any suggestions?

Safe to eat Salmon every day?

I only eat fish also and eat it about 5 times a week. I switch between tuna, salmon, and tilapia. I know there is more mercury in tuna but I think if you eat salmon 5 times a week you would be fine because it is known to have the lowest levels of mercury. Maybe just try and eat a bean dish 2 days a week to be on the safe side. Lentil soup is great or black bean soup.

I have social anxiety disorder and talking to people is extremely scary for me. I don't like being known only as the quiet girl who never talks at school. I have few friends and don't trust any adults. I have no best friends. I am not allowed to have friends over and haven't since i was 10. My mom usually won't drive me to my friend's house if someone asks me to hang out, because she'll make excuses such as its too much work or you have to babysit, so i can go to a party with my friends. She goes out every saturday which means that i have to babysit my 5 younger brothers and sisters and one is autistic. Talking in cl gives me anxiety attacks. My attacks are usually hyper ventilating, freezing up, digging my nails into my arm or hand, shaking uncontrollably, and i will even fake sick just to avoid the situation. Talking scares me even to my parents because they aren't exactly people who would understand or care, and they don't even know i'm like this at school. Anything that draws attention to me scares me and one of my teachers won't understand, she is giving me a C in cl because i don't participate. I'm trying really hard but i'm too scared to talk. I try little things like giving people who sit next to me in cl a compliment but then at last second i get too scared and chicken out and then hate myself later for being so scared. Any suggestions?

They are new to the cage and still need to explore. Your hamster will see the bottle and wonder what it is. It will go to it and try nibbling it. It will realize that this is for water and it will remember that. NO the food dish should NOT be full at all times. See this is what hamsters do. They will stuff all of the food into their cheek pouches and bring it to the place where they store their food or where they sleep. They will only eat 1/4 to 1/2 of the food you give them. Put like 3 pellets in once or maybe twice daily. Check how much food the hamster has stored and then depending on how much food they have left over put in more or less food in their bowl. I had the habitrail adventure cage and the water bottle stuck in to the main part of the cage. My hamster would only drink in the morning, mid day and at night. She would also drink after exercise. The hamster will learn over time that your hands are not food. However if you have food smells or food on your hands at the time of holding your hamster then it may smell the food and nibble on your hand or fingers. Wash your hands before and after handling your pet.

Based on my symptoms what do you guys think? about 2 years ago is when it all started i was laying in bed and?

having anxiety like symptoms. went to the hospital. heart rate was 131 and blood pressure was up. they dismissed it as anxiety i was given ativan and sent home and was asleep for the next 3 days. after that i still walked around very lightheaded with left arm pain and my blood pressure going up and down... and after seeing a cardiologist i was put on beta blockers (which im currently still taking) and had a kidney ultrasound to make sure my high bp wasnt coming from there. and a thyroid ultrasound which found a nodule but no one looked further into. after a few months everything was fine for a year. fast forward to a few months ago the arm pain came back and i was extremely tired and just not feeling right. then i started having problems with my bowels. went to the doctor time and time again over the course of 3 weeks and he thought id had a virus and he put me on antibiotics. finally he did some blood work and my thyroid came back overactive and i was sent to an endo and put on methimazole. she did a thyroid scan and said the overactive thyroid was temporary and it would go away. 2 weeks afterwards we'd realized i was VERY underactive and began taking 75 mcg of synthroid. then about a month ago i STILL wasnt feeling right and id asked my doctor to check my vitamin D.. found out it was low and was then put on 50,0000 units of Vitamin D once a week. now most recently ive been breathing in and experiencing chest pain... the lightheadedness and the left arm pain. hospital says this is pleurisy and im on another round of antibiotics, i also get short of breath on very little exertion. as well as a headache on the left side of my head. my ears pop everytime i swallow and im constantly feeling abdominal bloating and. closer to my menstrual periods.. i get sweaty.. hot and rapid heart rate for about 2 weeks prior. can anyone offer some comforting advice as i dont wanna worry myself to death or keep going around in circles. any tests i should ask for? or any idea about whats causing this? thanks to all who answer. btw im 23 years old

Hon, I know you used to spoil your dog. I get that, I have a cat that I also spoil. Not the same, but similar. We had a dog from '90-'06. My best advice is to keep your dog on a leash when you're at home and keep a choke collar on it at all times. Maybe a shock collar, but some owners find it cruel (I don't, it worked for me). Every time it misbehaves, give it a light tug (or shock). If it gives you attitude or continues to do it, pull harder. Etc.

But they won't treat you until you go through an "OB Cl" at their clinic. So I'm just having to guess my due date and how far along I am. Don't be afraid of med changes. The are required frequently for some people. I have been through many, many changes. Eventually you will find the combination that works. Just keep working with your doctor and stay open-minded to med changes. They have a few new meds out now that can really help.

Shortly therafter I was arrested at my city job on charges of Burglery of a dwelling(my old apartment where my ex now lived) and aggrivated stalking. I did none of these things. My attorney thought it be best to plead "no contest" given the fact that she may put on an act on the stand and that she had also furnished false witnessess in reguards to the Burglery. As a result, I was sentenced to 1 year in county jail followed by 2 years community control, followed by 8 years probation. I have never been in trouble with the law and am an Army vet. I fought for this country and for what?

For my English cl I have to write a story and incorporate a twist into the end. Mine is a story told from the perspective of a pawn, and the reader is unaware of this fact.
