Can you get expelled ?

Can a student get expelled for calling weights and measures on his community college campus book store? They had a sticker on the book for 71.00 it was ringing for 102.00 I told the manager that this is erroneous and that a lot of the books had similar stickers on them. I told him that I would be calling weights and measures if he doesn't fix this. He ripped the sticker off said he's going to rip off all the stickers and the book is still 102.00. I called the weights and measures department of my county told them what happened and told him to make sure to take off all the stickers. He asked for my name and student Id which I refused to provide told me that he will not allow me to take any pictures and asked me to leave. Can the school retaliate for this?
