Hey world i need help on buying a new yo yo...any recommendations?

I am a semi new yo-yo user. i got this new yo-yo from Hong Kong in the mail. it sleeps for about15-20 seconds. i am looking for a yo yo that sleeps somewhere between 30 seconds and a minute. my budget is 20$ and i am looking on amazon. i also want it to have a ball bearing and not a fixed bearing. it should be about intermediate leveled or so...remember my price range is up to 20$. duncan yo-yos are ok. not that great. yo yo jam is pretty good. if u could please post a link to amazon as an answer and a description onto why u like the yo-yo that would be much appreciated. thank you!
