I have low blood sugar do you?

I find that if I drink something with caffeine on empty stomach it will trigger a low blood sugar episode. To avoid this, I try to have protein or eat something in the morning that is not high starchy sugar - because lots of sugar will bottom out on you. cereal - gs, gfruit, bananas, toast w/peanut er, milk, apples. Also eating slowly & drinking milk or juice instead of mowing down crackers will help - takes a little bit for the body to catch up with what your putting into it. I know it is horrible feeling, but if you have a drink with you or a banana in your bag - when you just start to feel shaky - eating then will be the best thing.
