What are the chances that some adherents of Khalid sheik Muhammad might explode the jail & the courthouse?

in Manhattan? Wouldn't that be a huge 'in your face pump fear' tactic? Or should we not talk about this to give them ideas? If we're real quite we'll not get beat like battered women? What's your approach? Is this mockery of our system and values?
