Why is my cat is puking, running and meowing like crazy?

It sounds like she did ingest some, and if this was me, I'd make a choice between taking her to the vet or not leaving town. The fact that she puke up white foam might mean her tummy got emptied, but you need the vet to make sure none got into her system, which is where the permanent, long term damage might occur. Even if you get her vet checked, I might try to find a way to leave her with someone rather than just home alone, but the vet can probably guide you on this.
