What should be don with the Germanic tribes in North Africa?

The Vandals and Visigoths (although they don't go by that name now) live in North Africa mostly concentrated in northern Algeria. I was wondering what should be done with them. Should they be sent back to Europe? Should they get their own country? Or should they be destroyed. Please give me your opinions.
