Just took AP Spanish exam and I'm concerned about a few things?

On the informal speaking section the person I was having a simulated conversation with, her name was Juana, but when I ended the conversation I accidentally said "Adios, Julia" Julia was another person mentioned in the conversation. Could I be penalized for this? Also, on my essay, I frequently made mistakes and I scratched them out, so my essay has a few blotches on it because we had to write in pen. Would that be a penalty? And lastly, on the presentational speaking, i made a couple stutters because I was trying to pronounce large words that were provided in the readings (the topic was about medicine). So I think this may have compromised the level of fluidity in my speaking.
