Why does Obama plans keep failing? Why does Obama not complete one project before moving on to the next one?

Obama and the Democrats are in a rush for 2 main reasons. One they dont want you to know what they are really up to and two they have a short time frame to complete their handy work. Come 2010 the party is over and they know it with the ball crashing down on their heads come 2012.
