How to sublet a rental?

I am trying to sublet a apartment rental? Any ideas how to get this rented asap? I posted an ad on craigslist. Lots of people looked at the place. Anyone who went through liked the place. No sublets yet. The owners find something wrong with any new tenant that would like to rent it. Any suggestions?
