Watch the pasta, lot of carbs and little nutrition (unless whole-grain). Also, granola bars are usually glorified candy bars. For more fiber and nutrition, why not choose oatmeal or a sandwich made with wheat or oat bread? Also, unless you juice your own juice (veggie), it's full of sugar (even 100% fruit juice). You're better off with fresh fruits and veggies in place of drinks with calories. Nice workout, though. Good luck!
