I didn't bleed the back brakes... is that a problem?

i had my front breaks bled 3 weeks ago and they were spongy again about 2 weeks later so i had the front ones bled again... if i didn't bleed the back ones too would that cause my breaks to be spongy and go down to the floor when i come to a stop? i have a 1990 honda accord with front wheel drive.
