REALLY FAST HAIR GROWTH!!!?

Okay so I wanna grow my hair out realllly long because I love long hair but unfortunatly my hair doent gow at all my whole familys hair gets sholder lenth then stops and never grows anymore mine got sholder lenth in 3rd grade and its still the exact same lenth AND IM IN HIGH SCHOOL!! I get it trimed regularly and take vitamins a lot, but nothing happens please share your hair growth remedes that dont cost that much (cause usually they cost a bunch!!!)
