WHO ARE these people like "Rebecca Black" and "Ariana Dvornik" & all these ppl pretending to be famous singers?

The music industry has no music for artist research and development, because everybody is downloading music illegally, so whoever puts even a little effort and looks half-way decent can get a record deal. It's really sad.
