Why do i have this fear that my fiance will have a miscarriage?

OK our wedding is in march but anywho, my fiance is 9weeks prego and i have this undying fear she is gonna have a miscarriage. And i dont understand why help me it is driveing me up one wall and down another and this is our first!!!!
