Based on my symptoms what do you guys think? about 2 years ago is when it all started i was laying in bed and?

having anxiety like symptoms. went to the hospital. heart rate was 131 and blood pressure was up. they dismissed it as anxiety i was given ativan and sent home and was asleep for the next 3 days. after that i still walked around very lightheaded with left arm pain and my blood pressure going up and down... and after seeing a cardiologist i was put on beta blockers (which im currently still taking) and had a kidney ultrasound to make sure my high bp wasnt coming from there. and a thyroid ultrasound which found a nodule but no one looked further into. after a few months everything was fine for a year. fast forward to a few months ago the arm pain came back and i was extremely tired and just not feeling right. then i started having problems with my bowels. went to the doctor time and time again over the course of 3 weeks and he thought id had a virus and he put me on antibiotics. finally he did some blood work and my thyroid came back overactive and i was sent to an endo and put on methimazole. she did a thyroid scan and said the overactive thyroid was temporary and it would go away. 2 weeks afterwards we'd realized i was VERY underactive and began taking 75 mcg of synthroid. then about a month ago i STILL wasnt feeling right and id asked my doctor to check my vitamin D.. found out it was low and was then put on 50,0000 units of Vitamin D once a week. now most recently ive been breathing in and experiencing chest pain... the lightheadedness and the left arm pain. hospital says this is pleurisy and im on another round of antibiotics, i also get short of breath on very little exertion. as well as a headache on the left side of my head. my ears pop everytime i swallow and im constantly feeling abdominal bloating and. closer to my menstrual periods.. i get sweaty.. hot and rapid heart rate for about 2 weeks prior. can anyone offer some comforting advice as i dont wanna worry myself to death or keep going around in circles. any tests i should ask for? or any idea about whats causing this? thanks to all who answer. btw im 23 years old
